Speaking
Making Psychology Accessible
Suzette delivers research-informed corporate wellbeing talks, keynotes and workshops that bring psychology to life, helping organisations and their people navigate challenges with greater understanding, hope and resilience. Drawing on her work in neuropsychology and psychological wellbeing, she explores topics including self-compassion and supporting carers in the workplace. Based in London, she speaks across the UK and internationally.
Bringing Research to Life
Suzette brings together psychological theory, academic research, therapeutic experience and her own lived experiences to explore how we think, feel and navigate life's challenges.
Drawing on her PhD research at University College London, alongside established psychological models and insights from the therapy room, she helps audiences understand not only why we think and behave as we do, but how we can approach situations differently.
Whether speaking to senior leaders, employees or caregivers, her talks combine thought-provoking conversations with practical frameworks that people can adapt to their own lives, encouraging understanding, reflection and meaningful change.
For organisations, her work also explores how psychological frameworks can help leaders and managers create environments in which employees feel understood, supported and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.
“Psychology gives us a framework for understanding ourselves, but its real value lies in how we use that understanding to navigate our lives.”
